CMW Personal and Business Insurance (now CapriCMW) previous office was dark, outdated and could not accommodate the company’s anticipated growth.

The Solo District development, a new 12-story contemporary office tower boasting 360˚ views, high ceilings and wide column spacing , was their ideal fit.

CMW seized the opportunity to approach their new office design with the future in mind. CMW embraced the idea of adhering to LEED standards wherever possible in the design of their new offices. 84% of enclosed offices were located off the exterior glazing allowing for open area workstations to have direct access to natural light. 

The result is a bright, modern and functional work space.
